The service

The free quiz provides a profile, answer-based explanations, and your 30-day schedule outline. Exercise instructions, including Day 1, unlock with purchase. The full personalized 30-day plan is a separate $99.99 one-time purchase. The optional meal habits guide costs $19 once. No subscription is required to buy the initial plan.

The optional AI SMS guide is sold separately: $1 for the first 30 days, then $29 per month until canceled. It includes ongoing guide access and a new 30-day plan following an eligible retest. Separate subscription and SMS consent is required.

Who can use Thirty Wins

The service is for adults aged 18 or older. Provide accurate information and only use an email address and phone number you control. Keep sign-in codes private. Do not share another person’s private information.

Access and daily unlocks

After a confirmed purchase, one new plan day opens at the local time you choose. Previously unlocked days remain available. Rest and swap options do not erase a recorded win. A new subscription cycle depends on a valid subscription and a completed check-in.

Your purchase provides access to the purchased plan while the service is available. We will communicate material service changes. Temporary outages may occur; contact support if access does not work.

General education and safety

Thirty Wins does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent a health condition and is not a substitute for individual medical care. Plans are based on the information you provide and cannot account for every circumstance. Follow the health disclaimer and seek clinical clearance where appropriate. No particular outcome or fitness milestone is guaranteed.

AI guides are automated software. They are not human trainers, clinicians, or emergency responders. Messages are not continuously monitored. Do not use the service for an emergency.

Payments, refunds, and cancellation

Prices are shown in US dollars. Your checkout total and any applicable tax are displayed before payment. Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store full card details. Payment-method saving is optional and requires a separate explicit choice.

The initial plan and meal-guide purchase can be refunded within 30 days of the confirmed payment. Request it in your account or contact hi@thirtywins.com. No explanation is required. Subscription cancellation and billing-error requests are separate and are described in the subscription terms.

Content and acceptable use

Your plan is for your personal use. Do not resell it, attempt to access another person’s account, interfere with the service, or use it unlawfully. Source-linked third-party materials remain subject to their owners’ rights.

Your rights and contact

These terms do not waive consumer protections or other rights that cannot lawfully be waived. If a term is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply.
