Price and renewal

If you separately choose and consent to the guide, you pay $1 for the first 30 days. After that, the subscription automatically renews at $29 per month until canceled. The first renewal date is shown before you subscribe. The guide includes daily reminders, AI routine support, and an eligible retest followed by a new 30-day plan each cycle.

Thirty days is the introductory period; later billing is monthly, which may not be exactly 30 calendar days. Your account shows the next billing date. Material price changes require advance notice and any consent required by law.

Separate choices and reminders

The recurring charge requires its own unchecked consent checkbox. SMS messaging requires a separate checkbox. Saving a payment method for another explicit purchase does not itself authorize a subscription. A reminder email and SMS are scheduled three days before the first $29 renewal. Keep your contact information current.

Cancel whenever you choose

Cancel in one click after secure sign-in at /app/account or /cancel, or reply CANCEL to a guide text. Cancellation stops future subscription billing and guide messages. You do not need to call, provide a reason, or complete retention steps.

STOP opts out of messages and also cancels the guide subscription, so messaging does not stop while billing continues. HELP provides support information. If a cancellation cannot immediately reach the payment provider, we retry it and do not claim it is completed until confirmed. Contact hi@thirtywins.com if you need assistance.

Refunds and your original plan

The initial plan’s 30-day guarantee applies to the one-time plan and meal-guide purchase, not automatically to guide subscription payments. Contact support for billing errors, duplicate charges, and rights under applicable law. Canceling the guide does not refund or cancel the separately purchased initial plan.
