A straightforward refund policy

Try the initial plan with a full 30-day money-back guarantee. Asking for a refund should be simple.
The initial plan and optional meal guide
Request a refund within 30 full days of the confirmed payment for your initial $99.99 plan and any $19 meal habits guide bought with it. The window runs from the payment timestamp through 30 days later; it does not end on Day 29. No explanation or proof of completion is required.
Use the refund button in /app/account or email hi@thirtywins.com from the purchase email address. We submit eligible refunds to the original payment method. Your bank determines when the credit appears. Refunding the plan ends access to the refunded purchase.
The optional guide is separate
The initial plan’s guarantee does not automatically refund guide subscription charges. You may cancel the guide at any time to stop future charges through /app/account, /cancel, or SMS CANCEL. Contact support for a duplicate charge, a billing error, or a refund right provided by applicable law. These rights are not limited by this policy.
Canceling or refunding one product does not silently change the other product. You can cancel the guide separately in the same account. Account deletion cancels the guide before deleting the account.
No friction
You do not need to speak with a salesperson, answer a survey, or accept a substitute offer to request an eligible refund. If the self-service button does not work, contact hi@thirtywins.com.
