THIRTY WINS · THE DETAILS.
SMS terms
Effective October 19, 2026
The Thirty Wins AI SMS guide is a separately chosen, paid service. Automated-message consent is optional.
What messages to expect
With your express consent, we send automated service messages to the phone number you provide: a daily plan reminder, relevant service and billing reminders, and AI-generated replies to your messages. Expect up to one daily proactive guide text plus reminders and replies based on your use. Message and data rates may apply.
Scheduled proactive messages are restricted to 8 am–8 pm in your configured local time zone. If your selected time is outside that window, the next permitted window applies. Automated replies to your inbound messages may arrive at any time. Carrier delivery is not guaranteed.
STOP, HELP, and CANCEL
Reply STOP to stop messages and cancel the guide subscription. Reply CANCEL to cancel guide billing and messages. Reply HELP for support. You can also cancel at /cancel or /app/account after secure sign-in. A confirmation may be sent to acknowledge your request.
Consent to messages is not a condition of purchasing the one-time plan. Do not provide another person’s phone number. Let us know if your phone number changes.
AI and privacy
Maya is an AI guide, not a person, clinician, or emergency responder. Messages are not continuously monitored. See the AI disclosure and health disclaimer. SMS is not a secure clinical channel. Avoid sharing sensitive information that is unnecessary for routine support. Health information volunteered in messages is encrypted in our storage and excluded from advertising.
Contact and billing
For support, email hi@thirtywins.com. The guide costs $1 for the first 30 days, then $29 per month until canceled, subject to your separate recurring-charge consent. See subscription terms for the renewal date, reminders, cancellation, and billing-error requests.
